On this episode of the podcast, Chewy and Eugene discuss how to overcome the fear on getting injured in competition.

We discuss whether risk of injuries is higher in competition or training, when you are most likely to get injured in Jiu-Jitsu, why people avoid trying new things, whether increased exposure to a position decreases injury risk, why opponents feel stronger in competition, and how to gain power over the things you’re fearful of.
