All right. Welcome back everybody. Once again, this is a case that I did research on like close to two months ago now.

Before I had a baby, so I don't remember a lot of it, like the details. So we're going to be learning about it together. And it is a 25 year old unsolved disappearance.

So I know. And I feel like lately, so many of these types of cases that are like really old disappearances or murders have been solved.

Suzanne Gloria Lyle was born in Saratoga Springs, New York on April 6, 1978 to Doug and Mary Lyle. She had two older siblings who described her as the darling of the family.

I know. Like, she was just the, she was the youngest. She was like, you know, just the little baby. And I was so cute. Yeah.

As a kid, Suzanne was quiet and shy, but she loved to write poetry. And then on the other hand, she was a huge fan of the Canadian rock band rush. Nice.

So I like that's so fun. Like, she was like, quiet and shy, but then loved rock music. Yeah, that's awesome.

She was a smart kid and she became interested in computers in particular as a young kid. So, you know, this is like the 80s, late 80s, early 90s. She's kind of at the forefront of like computers becoming more, yeah, in houses and stuff like that. And she was super interested in all of the stuff having to do with computers, how they worked, how they

collect coding, all that type of stuff.

Awesome. I feel like that was probably an interest for a lot of kids around that time because it was like so new and like uncharted territory.

Yeah, it was like thing and things were developing so quickly that it was like they got to see it come real time. Yeah.

And at one point during childhood, she even built computers from scratch.

Wow. Like she was smart. So she graduated from Boston Spa High School with honors in 1996. And she started attending State University of New York at O'Nealta for a year. I don't know if I'm saying that right, but it was SUNY.

SUNY is like State University of New York and there's a bunch different.

campuses or not campuses. They're different schools, but different locations. Yeah. So she started at SUNY, O'Nealta, but she felt like they're the computer science courses weren't really challenging enough. So after the first year, she transferred to SUNY Albany.
