The last two Mondays in the show, I've started off by saying,

boy, I don't know how this season is going to end for Georgia, but this run of competing and contending and having a shot at a championship, I just wanted to last as long as it possibly can.

I said that after the one against Florida, I said that after the loss against Ole Miss, that, hey, maybe this ends shy of a national championship.

But as long as this run can go, as deep into the season as it is possible for it to be, man, I want to savor every moment of it and just enjoy it as long as it lasts.

And on this Monday, I come in here, wanted to say the same thing again.

After a great

night for Georgia in Sanford Stadium, dog fans were awesome. We're going to celebrate all of you

for that on today's show. We're going to celebrate the team for what it did on Saturday with the

full knowledge of, hey, maybe it's still not quite a national championship season.

Maybe when this season comes to one end, this still isn't the best team in the country.

But they do live to fight on for another week.

And they do remain a part of the conversation.

And they do have a strong response to like the college football playoff selection committee,

which we'll mostly get into tomorrow,

or national media types who were just so eager to eventually write Georgia off.

What we found out on Saturday was, is that Georgia cannot be written off yet.

And those that want to write Georgia off may not ever get the luxury of doing that.
