Here's your host, Brandon Adam. I was telling our video audience a moment ago, I promise on today's show, we're going to get really serious. We're going to talk about some, like, hardcore football stuff in a little bit about where Georgia perhaps needs to show some improvement, how it can show some improvement. We're going to get to all of that here coming up in just a little bit. We've also got two great guests today, Davin Bellamy, becoming a Wednesday staple. You love him. Mike Riveth going to be here, too. That should be interesting. So all that's coming up. But let me begin with something kind of just for fun for a moment. I feel like we've got some space to stretch our legs here a little bit. I think some of you all may get a little bit of a chuckle about this. Obviously, I've talked before about, listen, you're going to come on the show, you're going to give a bunch of predictions. Some of them are going to be right, some of them are going to be wrong. A prediction that I gave a few weeks ago that I think it sort of turned out to be not just wrong, but hilariously wrong. Do you remember when after Georgia played Alabama close and lost the game, I said, hey, for all you people who don't

think the media likes Georgia, watch how the media treats Georgia in the aftermath of this game.

All of a sudden, now Georgia's a little safer, a little, you know, just they don't quite make

you quite as nervous anymore. You're not quite as scared of them anymore. That the media is going to

be a lot nicer to UGA.

And I think for a couple of days, that probably lasted for a little bit.

We kind of cited some examples here, that the media was going to like Georgia because Georgia wasn't as much of a threat to the sport in the aftermath of that as it had been in the past.

Well, if that was ever true, let's just all say this out loud right now.

That media love for Georgia was short-lived.

That the media sort of returned to what I think a lot of us would say is not exactly the most cuddly relationship with Georgia.

And some of the takes are getting like wilder and wilder and wilder.

I'm talking about like cartoonishly wild in some respects.

Now, some of this is because if you ever watch like the first take on,

is that the one on ESPN first take with Stephen A. Smith or what like

Skip Bayliss was doing on FS1. Like look at who they're talking about. It's a lot of Lakers,

a lot of cowboys, probably some New York Yankees, now they're in the World Series. Like these big

fan bases, these, you know, very, very big sports brands, that's all they really talk about on like

the talking head, screaming, you know, shout fest type shows. So Georgia, the fact that it now generates

like the crazy takes from the media types is actually a little bit of a badge of honor. They're like

13 million people that watch this game on TV.
