Today you're listening to episode 231 and I'm talking with Brittany

Sharbano. Brittany placed 13th at the Olympic marathon trials this past

weekend in Atlanta and she ran a time of 23314, which was a three minute PR.

I had the wonderful opportunity to spectate the race and got to see Brittany

numerous times on the course. I did not know who she was, but was so excited

to see her every single time because she looked so happy from how fun her

outfit was to the smile on her face from ear to ear from start to finish.

She was someone I knew I'd want to talk to after the race.

So she is from Colorado. She lives in Denver and get this.

She's a comedian and she teaches improv.

She's also a running coach and I had so much fun getting to know her in this

episode. She has a certain way about how she approaches life and training and

running races and you're going to hear all about that in this episode and she

will leave you feeling inspired and motivated to make the decision to choose

She's funny runner 26.2. She's a happy person.

She makes me want to be a happy person.
