Yes, so you get time. This will follow up. This will be the first one, yo. Oh, wow, so how have you progressed since we've had that conversation?

Now, tell everybody first what outcome has been about. No, you have to say the names just the situation.

From the outcome of last time, man, I've been, I've been all right. Like, just been a journey still. It's been like learning.

I want to talk about why did I call you at first. Oh, yeah, yeah. Okay. And then how do you, how you improve since that conversation mentally?

Okay. Okay. That's good. That's good. I like how you put that mentally since the end. I can say, you know, I'm far much stronger with a lot of stuff, man.

And it gave me a sense of patience to, you know, just to sit back and just give myself time to give my thoughts together.

And, you know, I'd be hard on myself sometimes, but I learned to, you know, that being that way is kind of like a conscious way of motivating myself to keep going.

And to understand that, you know, it's going to talk, you know, even in the few years ago that we talked, you know, I went through.

It was like on a tail end of a one journey into another one day, bringing me to where I'm at now, where it's like my hair, right?

And it's funny because like, it's funny how you can, you can come up so many times and then fall down too, you know.

Right. So it's like, I got on my own and everything like I was supposed to do and everything.

And there was positive upgrade to like another creative and that fell through.

Okay.

And I ended up having to go back to where I started when I talked to you.

Like, Spartan was family. You know, I'm family.

Right. Right.

You know, just because it was like, I didn't have a backup plan as far as places. I just knew this is the short thing.

You know, I'm saying.

Okay.

So it was like with my past experiences, it's like adversity.

It was like, man, I ain't nothing. You know what I'm saying?
