It's day 30 after the election.

Yes, it's been four weeks and two days.

And, you know, as I think most of you know, I cover the election litigation in a few minutes every day.

And, Mark, I'll be able to do today in four minutes on video with you what Donald Trump

couldn't do last night in 46 minutes. Yes, he had an epic videotaped meltdown temper tantrum,

or as Donald Trump refers to it, a speech. And things, I mean, it was babbly gobbly gobbly,

and things really do look terrible for Trump.

In court, he is one out of 42 cases.

One out of 42.

And the one he won, as I've said, is an idiot-bitty nothing.

And yes, since I've talked to you yesterday, he lost just just another case in the Wisconsin Supreme Court.

He tried to get 21,000 absentee ballots thrown out.

And what he was doing was so reprehensible.

He was going to the Washington Supreme Court and saying the election board shouldn't have made it easier for people to vote during COVID.

And the court saw it for what it was and threw out his challenge.

And so that means that the certification count right now is moving very close to Biden's ultimate victory.

Washington, Oregon, and New York have just certified, bringing the total for Biden to

203. Remember, he needs 270 votes in total,

and we know that he's got way more than that. He has 306, but not all the votes have been certified

and counted yet in terms of the electoral votes. So we've got Illinois certifying probably tomorrow

with its 20 votes, New Jersey on December 8th, Maryland on
