Hey everyone, welcome to court side, a discussion of the post-election litigation brought by Donald Trump.

We are day 29 after the election. That's four weeks in one day since the election.

And, you know, today, I can't remember the last day that Joe Biden didn't win the election once again.

As I've said before, today is just another day.

Here's how bad things are for Donald Trump.

Even Attorney General Barr, yes, that Bill Barr admitted yesterday that despite his best efforts,

he hasn't been able to find any evidence of serious election fraud.

He also destroyed the idea of dominion voting systems hacking the election and stuff, saying that Justice Department and Department of Homeland Security have both looked into it and both have found zero evidence.

Now remember, Barr is the guy who earlier said there was likely to be massive election fraud before the election,

that the mail-in ballots were going to create fraud and so on.

Now, even Bill Barr, as Eminem says, is back to reality. Rudy Giuliani and Jenna Ellis, nonetheless,

continue to their efforts undaunted, saying, quote, with all due respect to the Attorney General,

they disagree. What do they cite for the basis of their disagreement?

Nothing specific, of course.

And that is no doubt why today Donald Trump's pardon buddy, Michael Flynn,

the guy who pled guilty to two federal crimes from his time as National Security Advisor,

call today for Trump to declare,

I kid you not, martial law,

and throw out the election results.

These Trump folks know the results are in

and know the results are bad for Trump.
