Hey, Dog Nation, I'm Brandon Adams, and this is Dog Nation Daily, the daily podcast, Georgia Bulldogs fans, presented by Pello Endo Indo Indoorgia. You can obviously tell.

It's nighttime where I am. It's Sunday night. We are just one night away from getting on board Utopia of the Seas tomorrow. So excited about seeing that and excited about welcome a lot of you in for our dog nation crews coming up in April of 2025. But as we've been telling you, because I won't be a part of the shows for the most part this week. We're going to try to do a couple of minutes here and there, but I won't be a part of the shows

for the most part here this week. We've got some great stuff playing while I'm gone. In fact, coming up in just a couple of minutes, you'll see an example of that. Cody Chafin's, Kaylee Mansell. They're gonna man our coverage for them, SEC Media Days there in Dallas. We think they're going to do obviously a great job,

but we think it's going to be a fascinating event.

When you think about, you know, for the very first time, kind of sort of stretching outside the southeast, being there in Dallas. As I talked to Kaylee about on Friday, I'm a little curious to see how Dallas functions as a host city. This is a big town. It's, you know, typically speaking, a pretty big sports town. It's not always,

though, the first town you think of when you think of the SEC. So how does that work this week?

I'm pretty curious to see what the vibe is like around Dallas and the metropolitan area of Fort Worth

and as they kind of welcome the SEC for the very first time. They'll also welcome a few coaches in

today. LSU's

Brian Kelly's going to be there. There's always the chance of some fireworks with Kelly, I guess.

He at times can be a little bit abrasive, it seems like. But he's also got, I would say, a pretty

intriguing team to talk about. This is a team that seems like it's pretty well set up at

quarterback right now. Garrett Nussmeyer, Georgia fans remember him from the 2022 SEC Championship and LSU's probably got a pretty favorable schedule

there as well. So if you're going to make a list of teams we perhaps haven't talked enough about,

you can make a case that maybe LSU could be one of those, and they'll certainly generate plenty of

that chatter here today. You've also got Ole Miss Coach Lane Kiffin on hand there as well. Now, Kiffin never joins the ranks of those not being discussed enough. He's always getting plenty of that. Today will be no different. Now, some of that will be sad. Obviously, Kiffin just lost his father. The legendary defensive coach Monty Kiffin passed away. So no doubt, plenty of time spent at the podium by Lane Kiffin talking about memories of his father, as he probably should do. But there'll also be chances for Kiffin to maybe talk about that game in November against Georgia. If Kiffin does say anything about that or Kirby Smart at all, that'll obviously be a big headline and something folks will be interested in.

This is one of the most important road games for Georgia.

And so people will be leaning in a little extra close for Kiffin here today.
