John 7? All right. Here we are, John 7. Jesus is going about his way. And when Casey and I first

talked about this chapter, you guys, we were talking about how he's on the move, right? And so when you first read the chapter, you're kind of like, he's all over the place.

He's constantly having all these conversations, and it seems a little confusing when you first read it.

Yes, and I think that's always what's confusing about, if you take it out of context, you've got to know who Jesus is talking to because he kind of changes his audience a little bit throughout this whole passage.

Yes, and he's first talking to his brothers and talks to them

for a little bit, and then most of the rest of the chapter, he is talking to the Pharisees

or the Jewish people and people that are questioning him and wondering who he is and where he gets

all of his authority. Would you add anything else to that? No, you're good. Okay. And so when I first read chapter 7, you guys, here's what I was thinking.

I kept going back to and being drawn to Jesus' responses to all of these people, his responses to

his brothers, his responses to the Pharisees, and he is continually saying, like in verse 16, he says, my teaching is not my own.

And in verse 28, he says, I'm not here on my own. In verse 33, he goes back and he says, the one who sent me,

he just seems so calm, collected, authoritative. His response to everyone
