Anyway, this is Brian here as always with Simon and what a guest we have to kick off the

year. Joining us for this episode is an Emmy and Golden Globe winning actor, not to mention

musician and songwriter.

Its impressive and extensive filmography includes hit movies and cult classics like Stand

by Me, A Close Range, Flatliners, Young Guns, The Lost Boys,

and A Few Good Men, but he's arguably best known for playing Counter-Terror Agent Jack Bauer

on nine seasons of the hit show 24.

On the music front he recently released his third album in six years,

Bluer Street and we caught up with him over Zoom from LA for a chat about the

record and of course his passion for songwriting.

We're thrilled to welcome the great Kiefer Sutherland to the show.

We've been big admirers of Kiefer's acting works since we were just spotty adolescents, haven't we?

Oh yeah, in fact we first bonded as friends, didn't we, at school,

over movies like Flatliners and Stand By Me, and especially The Lost Boys.
