What up guys? So today on the podcast, we have a up and coming ADCC competitor,

0:05.2

meaning that he's getting ready to compete at the ADCC championships in September of 2022.

0:12.0

Interesting story. I think something that a lot of you guys will have some fun with is in this podcast,

0:18.6

is the fact that he's only been training

0:21.1

Jiu-Jitsu full-time for a relatively short amount of years.

0:24.9

You know, a lot of times I get questions from people that are like,

0:28.3

how good can I be if I start at like this age or that age?

0:32.0

You know what I mean?

0:32.4

And again, obviously, if you're starting Jiu-Jitsu at 40,

0:35.1

it's a little different, but, you know, if you're still relatively young, like, you know, he started Jiu Jitsu

0:40.5

and he's in training when he's 18, you know, and now he's only like 11 years later.

0:47.4

And he's at the highest level of Jiu Jitsu.

0:49.5

It's pretty interesting.

0:50.3

And so we'll get into all that.

0:51.6

And we get some nice tangible tips as far as training,

0:55.9

his routine leading up to the ADC, see how he's balancing his training with staying relaxed and

1:01.5

everything else. And so hopefully you can kind of both get some, you know, inspiration for your

1:05.8

training, but also maybe get some ideas on possibly how you could train. Or if you're a coach,

1:10.3

maybe how to structure

1:11.0

some of your training there.

1:12.6

And so guys, thank you so much for being with us today.

1:15.8

As always, our podcast is brought to by some of our sponsors.
