Kristen had had the idea and my friends Dan

and Stratton had said, hey, you should do a podcast.

So I borrowed a mic from one of my boys

and just plugged it into my computer

and just recorded myself talking.

And then we released it.

And then you all started listening.

And I have to say the feedback, the love, the support,

the unbelievably funny comments that you have sent to me.

This is just ban extraordinary.

So to all you who are listening, especially those of you

who feel alone, who feel like your journey,

like no one around you gets the journey that you're on,
