Let's dive into this episode. Romans chapter 8 and verses 12, it says, therefore brethren, we are

debtors, but not to the flesh, but to live according to the flesh. Not to the flesh, to live according to the flesh. For if you live according to the flesh but to live according to the flesh not to the flesh to live according to the

flesh for if you live according to the flesh you will die but if you by the spirit put to death

the deeds of the body you will live for as many as are led by the spirit of god are the sons of god

for you did not receive the spirit of bondage

again to fear, but you receive the spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, Abba, Father. The spirit himself

bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God. And if children and heirs,

heirs of God join Heirs with Christ. If indeed we suffer

with Him, then we may be also glorified with Him. And so I just want to share with you five simple

truths about the Holy Spirit from Romans chapter 8 verses 12 until verse 17. Number one, we are

debtors to the Holy Spirit. We owe the Holy Spirit. Paul says, we are

in debt. We owe. He said, but not to live according to the flesh. So he's signifying,

imply that we owe to live to the Holy Spirit. We owe to the Holy Spirit. We owe to the Holy Spirit. We owe to the Holy Spirit. We owe to the Holy Spirit. And as I would reflect, why do I owe to the Holy Spirit? Well, first reason why I owe to the Holy Spirit is that he introduced me to Jesus. He revealed

Jesus to me. Why I owe to the Holy Spirit is because the Holy Spirit baptized me into Jesus. He

baptized me into Christ. The scripture says that every Christian is in Christ. So Holy Spirit

put me into Christ. And not only that, why I owe to the Holy Spirit is because the Holy Spirit

put Christ in me. When I received Christ as my personal Lord and Savior, not only I was placed into

Christ, but Christ was placed inside of my spirit. And guess who did that? The Holy Spirit.
