Donald Weigel and I am not wasting your time. I'm here to give you useful use of your time and I have lost about 100 pounds and kept it off

for about four years.

How many times have you done that?

I don't know.

Well, this is the only time I've lost that much weight.

And kept it off.

I lost over 50 pounds twice and gained it all back a couple of times before this current time.

I know.

I know we've joked about it before, but if we added it all up together, we would be the people who lost like 1,000 pounds.
