I am just like all of you, so excited about G-Day.

We've said before we love this time of year for

sports fans. You know, March Madness coming to an end last night. You know, baseball getting rolling.

WrestleMania was fantastic this weekend. Masters coming up. By the way, more on that here in just a little bit.

And obviously for many of us, that spring game, Georgia G-day, because we sort of live and die and eat and breathe,

Georgia football. That's probably the biggest thing of all for us, and it comes up on Saturday.

And I want to kind of share some G-Day thoughts with you kind of in this vein. I have kind of a bold

prediction. Now, when you hear this bold prediction, I think there is

going to probably be a remnant of this that sort of feels like wishful thinking, and perhaps that's

true. I'll own that here right now. And yet at the same time, when you think about what we've

been kind of hearing, this is also one of those things that I think has a chance to come true. And

it could, and this is the most important part of all, it could foreshadow what I think

could be a very important development for Georgia when the real games start being played

later on this fall.

So let me see if I can sit it all up this way.
