Today we're going to be talking to a Robert Weissman of Public Citizen, and he's one of the

people who's suing Elon Musk, suing Donald Trump for all of their insane doge stuff and other

things.

And so in many respects,

this is like a hero. Yeah. Somebody actually standing up to them and trying to stop them.

100% essential. I mean, these fights are the only place where there has been any pushback on what they're doing really whatsoever. And they were involved, they're involved directly in the suit involving USAID that went all the way up to the Supreme Court.

And the Supreme Court said, no, you do have to actually pay these contracts. So, you know, they're getting wins. But, you know, one of the things I'm curious about is his perception of, is it fast enough? Like, is this strategy actually working? Because we all know every day we see a new

headline like, oh, they're slashing this. They're slashing that. They're cutting the phone

service. There's social security. They're cutting the Department of Education. So I want to know how

he feels about the timing and how much damage is being done in the meantime. Yeah. What we're learning

is how easy it is to like break things and slash stuff.

Yeah.

Right?

And then like the people who want to fix things.

It's such a longer process.

It's more arduous.

It's harder to do.

That's exactly right.

And so they just break a thousand.

I mean, Steve Bannon, did you see that clip of Steve Bannon admitting that this is

what they're, they planned on doing?
