My pleasure. So, all right,

a lot of stuff to talk about. So obviously, Trump the other day, a month ago, he threatened

tariffs and then at the last minute sort of backed off of it. And that was sort of curious for a number

of reasons. But then a month later, he stayed true to that promise and effectively put these tariffs in place against both Canada and Mexico.

You're a Canadian.

I'm curious your thoughts on that.

But also, we literally two minutes before I came on air here with you, I just saw the news.

Then now he's saying, oh, we might, all the goods that are covered by the USMCA, which is NAFTA 2.0, basically, we might exempt all of those goods, which my understanding is like, that's almost every good that comes from Canada.

So it's like, what are we doing here? What the hell is going on?

Tell people your theory on this. Yeah, I mean, it's extraordinary because, I mean, I hadn't even

seen this news from a few minutes ago. But I mean, if that's now the line, that's as good as saying,

like, we're not doing the trade war. I mean, that's, you know, yeah, I mean, I think interpreting Trump's actions here

is is pretty difficult because, yeah, there's so much inconsistency in the messaging. I mean,

cards on the table, as soon as Trump first kind of dangled this tariff policy, which I think was in a true social post

after he won re-election in November, so before he'd been inaugurated. I was very skeptical then,
