Summary
Addie and Nicole join to discuss training for sport at an early age, sports psychology, and healthy relationship with sport. Addie was a D1 athlete at UNC Chapel Hill. She has qualified for the Olympic Trials in the 10km and Marathon (2x). Addie has shown up on, and on top of, podiums in ultramarathon trail races, including recently winning the Quad Rock 50 mile outright. Addie is also the co-founder of OUT Run.
