welcome to trust and. I'm your host, Shanty, and we have such an amazing guest

today. Her name is Melanie Feller. She is a developmentally based pediatric speech pathologist

who specializes in working with children from ages zero to three. And all of you out there know, I have

twins at like 28 months right now. So I'm so excited to talk to her. But also, she specializes in

children with social, emotional challenges, including autism, spectrum disorder. And she holds

multiple certifications and models that support self-regulation,

developmental practice, and infant mental health. And so, Melanie, welcome to trust and believe.

I'm so, number one, thankful and excited that me, as a new parent, I get to speak with you today.

So I'm going to jump right in.

But the first thing I want to ask you, which I think is the most important thing, which is, I think parents get a lot of feedback from other people and they try to be perfect.

And I think that especially with myself and my husband, you know, we're trying to raise kids and we get, we give really positive feedback.

But it also is overwhelming
