Summary

May 2000 was an exciting time for best friends Elizabeth Reiser and Brandi Hicks. The 17- and 18-year-old girls were just days away from graduating high school. They were done with exams and were looking forward to the summer days ahead of them, but they wouldn’t get to experience that thanks to what was about to happen to them one night while looking for a rental movie at a video store.
