Welcome back to the Annie Graham Journey. My guest today is Heather Mustaine. She is a pastor at a church here in Dallas. She's married to Chad and they have a two and a half year old whose name is Jimmy.

And in thinking about my conversation with her, I want you to listen for how articulate she is around giving a six time.

Heather, I'm so glad you're with me today to talk about the Annie Graham so that everybody can get to know you a little bit besides the fact that you're a six.

Talk a little bit about Chad and talk about Jimmy and talk a little bit about our first encounter maybe eight years ago.

Sure. So I have been married for ten years this summer to a wonderful partner Chad and we together have a two and a half year old daughter named Jimmy Kathleen.

We thought we'd call her Jimmy Cat. She just goes by Jay now.

My husband and I met on the mission field. We were both working for a mission organization and fell in love in two weeks time and when our separate ways for a year came back together got married and that's the rest of history, right?

Yeah. So he and I really connected because we cared about very similar things saw our kind of life heading in the same direction.

He is a hospital chaplain. He works at Baylor Medical Center downtown and is a phenomenal chaplain.

Yeah.

He also stays at home primarily with our daughter and is getting his doctorate of ministry at Bright Seminary.

So Jimmy's two and a half. She how do you describe her? She's got so much personality and love and she loves waking me up in the morning and she'll crawl in my bed and say I'm here for you mommy.

That's really good.

So she's just a beautiful aspect of our life together.

Great. So one of the things what any member is Chad? Chad is the one.

Okay. So I want to talk a little bit about the fact that I think all the great things that you just said about your two and a half year old. She really is adorable.

I have to do with the fact that you and Chad are intentional people.

And intentionality I think has something to do with your any member as a six and a one.

I interestingly enough I did a podcast for somebody else this morning and they have some questions they close with every podcast and one of them was what would you tell your 20 year old self.

And I answered that I would tell myself two things that I needed to be more intentional about how I lived my days and that I need to take care of myself too.

And they said they interviewed a two just last week and they answered the question the same way.

So with every any gram number there's something that's lacking and for twos it's self care.
