If you do any kind of like work that requires you to be around other people,

I think one of the things we're all

kind of keenly aware of, we don't like to admit this, but it is true. Every now and then,

you are supposed to say something that perhaps you don't believe in the true depths of your soul,

but it's sort of the thing you have to say at that given moment, that being successful in life,

I believe

they call these soft skills. Soft skills require a certain finesse of the truth. In fact, if you

ever seen the movie, is it interstellar where there's like robots and things like that? And

they sort of set the truth level of the robots at 90% because the thought is, it's not very

human to be 100% honest.

And if we walked around 100% honest all the time, we would not have very many friends in life

because no one wants to hear the full truth almost ever. And being a good people person requires

knowing how to admit certain things that are probably true and sort of spin other things to make

the facts of the matter seem a little more

appealing they perhaps do. This is true for all of us in all walks of life. I would say that's

especially true sometimes for football coaches there as well because there are these moments in which

football coaches stand there in front of a microphone, TV cameras all over the place, or I guess

they're just video cameras these days, but nonetheless, you know, you got these video cameras all over
