Here's your host, Brandon Adam. There is an interesting report out there in kind of the

social media sphere, which I think is probably worth our attention here on the program to kick

things off today. And we'll talk about a little bit about what I think it might potentially mean for

UGA. And there's a chance all of this just means nothing, of course. But if we want to speculate for a moment

about what it could mean, I think it kind of sets us

up for the sort of the next phase of the conversation we have been having about the future

of Dylan Ryola, the future of Georgia perhaps without Dylan Ryola, the future of Carson Beck,

perhaps still at Georgia for 2024.

All of that have kind of been the hot topics here this week.

And kind of an interesting wrinkle on all of this comes from a man called Adam Gorney,

who reports for rivals.com. Gorney putting this out there yesterday. And perhaps you sort of saw

this news, Malik Murphy has been a really good quarterback for Texas,

the backup quarterback. Murphy is going into the transfer portal. And what Adam Gorney reports is,

since news broke that Malik Murphy was leaving Texas for the transfer portal, Gorney says these

schools have shown interest, Georgia, UCLA, LSU, Syracuse, and Rye. So to me,

you know, it's always interesting about how you consume the news, how you read the news.

To me, the more specific the report is, the more likely I am to believe it. And I'd say this is a

pretty specific piece of reporting.

It's what, five schools kind of mentioned in order there, Georgia, UCLA, LSU, Syracuse, and Rice, that this is obviously not being sort of pulled out of the ether made up from

whole cloth. This is clearly coming from somewhere, perhaps even a source close to Murphy,
