Big news around UGA yesterday was the news from Brock Vandergrif, not unexpected, that he's entering the transfer portal. A lot of Georgia fans kind of wondering what that means next for him. Could he possibly play against UGA next season and what that means for Carson back? We'll get to that here coming up in just a few minutes. I promise you also Also special guest on our show today. The former Georgia wide receiver, DeVars King, stops by to talk about something big he's got coming up this weekend and also kind of where things stand with Georgia after losing to Bammon, missing out in the college football playoff, all of that coming up with Tavares King in a few minutes. Connor Riley, of course, on a Tuesday there as well.

Let me begin, though, with this. And just for fun here for a moment, I'm always amazed at how Dion Sanders just seems to find a way to get himself like right in the middle of the college

football news cycle, whatever that news might be in any given moment. Colorado won four games this year. They're as far

removed from the college football playoff as literally any team could be. And yet nonetheless,

Dion was all over the place yesterday talking about the playoff and his alma mater, Florida

State not making it. And he had some very interesting things to say here and it kind of works

its way towards Dion actually touting Georgia

as a team that he believes should be in the play. I'll tell you why I think this matters here coming up

at a moment. But let me start with this. 24-7 sports yesterday. I did one of these sort of long, kind of

like transfer portal type shows. You know, it's like, hey, you know, it's almost like you see like

MLB Network and NFL Network, some of these networks do when like free agency opens.

I guess now some of these college networks are going to kind of do the same thing because legitimately the news is so robust and fast moving and difficult to follow.

So therefore wall-to-wall coverage kind of makes sense.

We obviously do our own version of that here around Dog Nation there as well.

But in this show, Dion Sanders popped up there.

His alma mater left out of the playoff floor to stay.

And yet Dion seemingly has a little bit of a realistic view, maybe, perhaps cynical view of
