So coming up at the very end of today's show, we are going to do something, bring something back by popular demand.

Obviously, everybody knows that we like to do our gator-hater countdown around here.

And a couple of years ago, we'd started doing what we call the gator-hater-updator, giving you an idea of how long had been since those lousy stinking gators had beaten Georgia. And that was a fun

thing to do. And a lot of you lately have been like, hey, B, I'd like to bring that back. I like to bring that back. Well, today, we're going to bring that back. We're going to do it for two reasons. Reason number one, because a lot of you've been saying, hey, I want to do that. And it feels sort of good to kind of think about that right now, knowing that Georgia's putting together another

long streak against this miserable Florida team.

Reason number two, we actually don't have like an officially stated date for Georgia,

Florida for next year yet. We know when there's going to be one. We can pretty much guess when

it's going to be, assuming the SEC doesn't radically change its scheduling format,

but the official 2024 schedule has not been announced yet. So great chance for us a little bit later

on at the end of the program today to kind of mark time and talk about how long it's been

since Florida's beaten Georgia. Stay tuned at the end for that. A lot of you've been asking for that.

We will do that with our gator, hater, updater, a little bit later on here today. Prior to that, let me beg

your pardon here for a moment because I'm going to start today's show exactly how I started the

postgame show on Saturday if you got a chance to see that. Because this is the thing that's just

on my mind. You know, if you are almost exactly my age, the Georgia, Florida game just sort of means something different to you. And it turns out, Kirby Smart's almost exactly my age as well, slightly older. But, you know, we're right there kind of in that same sort of age range. And if you're kind of in your 40s, which I am, I know I don't look at it. I look much younger than that. but I'm in my 40s. If you of in your 40s, which I am, I know I don't look it, I look much younger than

that, but I'm in my 40s. If you're in your 40s, your formative years in this rivalry

were some of those moments in which, you know, it's just miserable, right? 90s, Florida
