quick little brief background description maybe? Yeah, sure. I'm a CEO of a company called Power

Athlete. We're based at Austin, Texas. We do global strength conditioning, really large group

performance training kind of implementation like we worked with the u.s military

Texas National Guard and gone in and really done large groups kind of pioneered a lot of online

training resources probably about five or six years ago before that I worked as a contract for

crossfit for nine years helping them develop their tech on how to train athletes I think I

traveled the world taught over 200 seminars I think I traveled the world, taught over

1:28.1

200 seminars. I think we did 300 plus seminars on every continent on the globe over nine years,

basically implementing my own version of CrossFit. So 2009, when I got approached by CrossFit,

that was actually my, after I got injured in my 10th year in the NFL. So I got drafted, filled out the Eagles in 99, played there five years and went to the Kansas Chiefs for four years. And then my 10th year was with the New England Patriots where I ended up getting injured. And then, so I was rehabbing on the couch. That's when Crosson hit me up about helping them develop their technology on how to train athletes.
