Good morning, everybody.

Hey, it is Melanie Mitro.

So maybe you saw my sort of teaser that I put out there last night where I sort of dropped

the bomb that I was going to be talking about quitting, quitting Beachbody.

Yes, that is the business I do,

but I'm sure that many of you do other businesses out there besides Beachbody, right?

And so what I want to talk about today, why do people quit Beachbody? No, I am not quitting.

I'm sure you guys knew that. Somebody like wrote a comment last night saying she's

the top coach. She's not going to leave. But that has absolutely nothing, nothing to do with this

conversation. It doesn't matter if you are the top coach or you are coach number 400,000.

There are a few basic principles that help to keep you from leaving a business or making a change or that keep you from ever getting to the point where you may ever question whether or not you are going to stay or you are going to go.
