Hey guys, it's Melanie.

What I'm going to share with you today is something that has really been on my mind.

So, you know, I was racking my brain all afternoon because I wanted to make an impactful post.

And sometimes I just didn't, I don't feel like I've got the right words or I just feel like it sometimes it's been a long day and I'm exhausted and I'm tired and I can't get the words

together. And so, you know, my son is at soccer practice with my husband and my other son is

playing with one of his friends outside and I sat down and I pulled up

YouTube. So this is where I go when I need inspiration. I go to YouTube and I start watching

YouTube videos and I pulled up, I typed in Mel Robbins. So how many of you know Mel Robbins

or have either listened on Audible, her book, to her book, the five Second Roll, or you've gone and actually purchased the five second roll book.

If any of you've read that book, it's awesome.

It's amazing.

And so I pulled up Mel Robbins on YouTube, and I love her.

I think she's inspirational.

And I picked the topic, motivation is garbage.
