Welcome to Courtside, everyone. A discussion of the post-election litigation brought by Donald Trump.

It's day 25 after the election. Three weeks ago, tonight, Joe Biden won the election. It was called for him.

And not a single event, not one thing has changed that. Not even for a microsecond, Joe Biden has won every minute of every single

day. And yet his lawyers keep filing lawsuits. They are now at one out of 39 cases that they've won,

and the one didn't matter at all. And as I talked about in yesterday's episode, and yesterday was

really quite an important episode,

so if you're catching up, watch it if you're interested.

But basically, he suffered a crippling loss in Pennsylvania by a federal appeals court composed

of all Republicans and in an opinion written by Stephanos Beavis, who was appointed to the U.S.

Court of Appeals by Donald Trump.

And that opinion was devastating for Trump.

It said that Trump had no claim, no evidence, and that Giuliani, quote, conceded that it is not

alleging election fraud.

And yet, Donald Trump is out there today promising additional lawsuits.

It's absurd.

Our crazy uncle just tweeted the following, quote,

the number of ballots that our campaign is challenging in the Pennsylvania case

is far larger than the 81,000 vote margin.

It's not even close.

Fraud and illegality are a big part of the case.

Documents being completed. We will appeal.
