It's day 24 after the election.

I hope all of you had lovely Thanksgivings.

I certainly did.

I was celebrating the founders and the idea that in this nation, we the people rule.

And there have been many painful exclusions from that principle.

Most importantly, women and racial minorities, for starters. But the goal has always been to build a more perfect union. And while that

arc hasn't bent straight, it's bent because of people like you who fought to bend it. And then there are people like Donald Trump, the losers, the people who couldn't hack it in a fair competition.

They're the ones that need racial prejudice.

They're the ones that need cheating.

They're the ones that need lying to get ahead.

And today is a perfect encapsulation of that.

Normally in courtside, we do a comprehensive

survey of the landscape, but today only one thing happened. But it is as significant as anything

that's happened since the election was called for Joe Biden three weeks ago tomorrow.

So you might remember that big Pennsylvania litigation. This is the one that

Trump and his minions said was going to tie it all together, showing massive fraud. This is the one that

they brought out the big guns Rudy Giuliani to argue. Well, Rudy Giuliani didn't get to argue it in the

Court of Appeals because the Court of Appeals threw the case out

today saying, quote, the claims have no merit. Now, this opinion is basically a greatest hits compilation

of every legal flaw. You've heard me and other legal analysts say over the last three weeks,
