Hey, Zach, are we recording?

1:10.4

So we catch some of this. Yeah, I just hit it. So we got it. All right, man. Hey, Zach, are we recording? So we catch some of this, this VAS banter on? I just hit it. So we're, we got everything we need. I can take anything out too. So it would be good. Well, you know, hey, man, Ted, you know, you've been on a gazillion podcast. I've been on gazillion pies. We all, we know, everybody knows our kind of story, basically. So you were kind of a daily veganistist vegetarian dude and then you've kind of figured a shit out and you got you got lean and you figured all that and we know the story it's a typical story and that's cool stuff you went to loma little you you were with you you you got brainwashed or sort of you were in that environment and you figured that it didn't matter but you got so much other good stuff. I mean, I don't want to spend time because we only have limited time.

1:47.0

And I want to pick into the, all the good stuff you got, the brain power you brought, because you've been looking at this stuff for like 20 years now is what I understand. been around a long time and you're you know you're kind of you know you're

kind of looking at these guys that are you know this is the thing you know you

this is the thing, you know, you got the leanest, fittest, strongest guys on the planet

2:05.6

bodybuilders, and you're like, what the hell are they doing, you know?

2:08.0

And they know how to get lean.

2:09.1

I mean, if there's nothing else, they know how to do that.

2:10.6

And so it's just like, well, that's kind of a no-brainer, you know, and not everybody fits in that category, but I've got just a couple comments. One is everybody makes fun of you and they make fun of me sometimes. We sometimes get up there, we take our shirt off and we say, look, we're lean. And people will say, well, that's just, that doesn't matter. You know, I get people telling me being lean and being muscle, it has nothing to do with health. You know, they point to the one guy, they know, that died that had a heart attack and was lean.

2:36.0

And, you know, to me, it's like saying, well, yeah, I know a 90-year-old guy that smoked 20-pack, you know, had a hundred-pack of your history of smoking. And, you know, it's just like, of course it has to do with being fit. Of course it has to do with help being healthy. What do you say about that?

2:31.7

Or is it just, you know, you're
