You know, I think, Gary, I think what's interesting, you know, because obviously, you and I both got orthopedic backgrounds, we're both doing orthopedics, and I think there's some specific stuff that I think a lot of people want to be, will be interested in outside of the standard low-carb stuff, because I think there's some unique stuff that you and I probably discovered just about orthopedics in general and how diet and nutrition impacts that specifically, and I think there's some specific stuff that might be of interest in obviously you've been uh went through your your battles and they're
