Good morning and welcome to the Increase Your Impact Podcast. I'm Justin Sua, episode 2,2001. Happy New Year to

everybody, the year 26. I'm excited for all of us as we are headed into a brand new year, 365

days, fresh start for all of us. And with that being said, I want to start off with a little

quote that I've seen that it's all over the place. And it's a good reminder. I see it every

January 1st. And here it is. I don't know who said this. So if you know who I can attribute this to,

please let me know. Here it is. Quote, start now, start where you are, start with fear,

start with pain, start with doubt, start with hands shaking, start with voice trembling,

but start, start and don't stop, start where you are with what you have, just start.

There's not much to add to that except the fact that now it's about going out and doing it and i might and i want to add start ugly it's it's going to be ugly it's

you're not going to have any idea what you're doing you might feel like you might feel uncomfortable it might look

cringe you might start bad and that's okay that's part of the process just start and don't stop

and that's how habits start we always talk about this little by little a little a little

a little becomes a lot today is a day, a great day to start fresh.

We have a clean slate.

You can change who you are.

You can create new habits.

And it's just about starting.
