Good morning and welcome to the Increase Rain Impact Podcast. I'm Justin Sua, episode 2100 and 86. For those of you who know me, I talk about this all the time, the power of a question. And I find myself in my work with professional athletes and coaches and executives. It is all about the questions that I ask.

I try not to have insightful answers because I know I can't in many situations.

My job is to ask insightful questions because questions fill knowledge gaps.

They spark curiosity.

They drive exploration.

And they help people become better systems thinkers and critical thinkers.

And there's a question that, a quote that I recently heard that I love from Hypatia of Alexandria,

ancient philosopher and mathematician that said this, to question is to grow.

To question is to grow. And I deeply believe that. When we start to question ourselves and other people, that is where the growth happens. And my question to you is, how often are you questioning

your people? How often are you

questioning yourself? Are you poking holes in your assumptions? Questioning your sacred

cows, your systems, your decisions. And I think it's important. I also read recently, a man

made a tribute to Albert Einstein back in 1955.

And he summed up Albert Einstein's remarkable life in a sentence.

He says, the important thing is a never stop questioning.

And that's what Albert Einstein did.

And I think as leaders, that's the key to success as well.

One of the keys to success.

We live in a volatile, in a vucco world, volatile and certain complex and ambiguous.

And that term is mainly from the military, but it's in corporate America.

It's in professional sports.

It is very volatile and certain complex and ambiguous.
