Today we're going to talk about how to positively influence the people you are leading.

Many of you are listening to this and you are a team captain, you're an athlete, you're a coach,

you're a parent, you're a leader. You are in corporate America.

I don't know what you were doing.

But if you are listening to this, chances are you're in the business of trying to positively impact

individuals or groups, a culture, a team.

The name of the podcast is increase your impact.

And today, I want to give you an acronym and a couple of

principles to help you positively impact and influence people. The acronym is C-T-C. The first C stands for

credibility. If you want to positively impact people, you want to be credible.

You want to have an expertise.

You might be thinking, but Justin, I'm not an expert at things.

Do everything you can to learn.

You want to learn the most you can.

You want to take your job as a leader or take whatever industry you're in and do everything you can to be credible. You want to read books,

listen to a podcast, learn from people, study, ask questions, do everything you can to be a credible

resource for important information for people to solve problems. You have to understand how the

system works, how the system works,

how the culture works. And if you don't know, and if you're thinking, how do I'm new to this
