Good morning and welcome to the Increase Your Impact Podcast. I'm Justin Sua, episode 2084. As many of you know,

0:07.5

one of my favorite podcast is the Founders podcast by David Senra. And I was listening to an episode.

0:13.9

Can't remember which one, but he reminded me of one of my favorite stories. A story that took place in

0:19.7

1943, Edwin Land took a picture while he was on a

0:24.3

family vacation and his three-year-old daughter, Jennifer, asked him a question that would eventually

1:26.3

where they are and where they want to be,

1:28.5

and sometimes they don't see that their process they have is going to get them to where they

1:33.4

want to go. And progress becomes invisible. And when progress becomes invisible, doubt begins to

1:39.7

creep in. And that's where these good coaches come in. They don't just tell them these platitudes and keep going,

1:46.8

but they make growth tangible. They point at it and they help players realize that they are growing,
