enhance. They're going to listen a little more. It's about helping them become the best

versions of themselves. And so as you lead your team, it's important to keep in mind that

athletes. You're shaping future coaches and future leaders and future teammates and future

people and your legacy as a coach isn't just in the results, not just in the wins and the losses,
