Good morning and welcome to the Increase Your Impact Podcast. I'm Justin Sua, episode 231. Leadership,

when I say that word, who in your mind, who pops into your mind is one of the best leaders

that you've been around? And when you ask people or ask yourself, what does a great leader look like?

You're going to get a whole bunch of varying responses.

But one thing that great leadership does is it excites.

It energizes.

It inspires people.

It ignites complacency and it lifts people and it lifts people into action.

And great leadership, as you know, is a catalyst of progress.

It's that person who once they walk in the room or once they join part of a group,

it just makes people want to get better and it ignites action and it

stirs passion and what i love about great leaders is that they're a combination of effective force

meaning it's not too much it's's not too little, and they offer clear

direction to getting results. And so if you're a leader, which you are, if you're listening to

this, I want you to consider two questions. Question number one is, are you providing

enough force to lead your people through accountability?

Are you holding your people accountable?

And are you holding yourself accountable?

And then the second question I have for you is,

are you providing direction to those you lead through clear communication?
