Good morning. Welcome to the Increasing Impact Podcast. I'm Justin Sua, episode 22. In Arizona,

0:07.3

there's a place you can go to see a meteor crater. Now, the meteor crater is about a mile in diameter.

0:16.3

It's huge. And they say that a meteor struck the earth at a speed of about 26,000 miles an hour.

0:29.2

And it was believed to be 300,000 tons. Now, the interesting thing is the crater is three times larger than the actual mediator,

0:40.7

a meteor, three times larger.

1:55.9

causes you to waste time, waste energy, and waste attention. Like that tiny little meteor that ended up making a huge crater.

2:05.3

And so I want you to think about what are the mental meteors in your life that are creating

2:14.5

outsized holes in your time, energy, and attention.

2:19.3

It might be really small if you take a look at it, but it is making a big impact on your life.

2:25.4

You want to comb through your memory, comb through your life, because what ends up happening

2:29.7

as well, and this could happen to time as well. You can spend a little time on Instagram or a little time
