I came across this story and I wanted to share with you. A man found an eagle's egg and put it in a nest of a barnyard hen.

The eagle had hatched with the brood of chicks and grew up with him. All his life, the eagle did what the barnyard chicks did, thinking he was a barnyard chicken.

He scratched the earth for worms and insects. He clucked and cackled. And he would thrash his wings and fly a few

feet in the air. Years passed, and the eagle grew very old. One day, he saw a magnificent bird

above him in the cloudless sky. It glided gracefully,

majestically, among the powerful wind currents with a sacredly, with scarcely a beat of its strong

golden wings. The old eagle looked up in awe. Who is that? he asked. That's the eagle. The king of the birds, said his neighbor.

He belongs to the sky. We belong to the earth. We're chickens. So the eagle lived and died a chicken,

for that's what he thought he was. Close quote. There are so many powerful lessons in this story,

but the one I really want to emphasize is to be very careful of the circle you keep.

The people you surround yourself will influence your perspective, your definition of success, of hard work, what you think is acceptable.

And it's important to look within and remember who you are. Remember that you are destined for

greatness. You can be destined for greater things,

but the thing that's holding you back is not your incompetence.

It's not your inability to do so.

It's the people you surround yourself with.

Surround yourself with eagles.

Surround yourself with people who can take you to the next level.

People who set their sights high so you can tap in and

pour in and pull out from yourself the person you are meant to be. Have a great day and we'll do it
