Hello, I have lost about 100 pounds,

and we're here to talk about it. We sure are. And we've talked about many things. And first,

we're going to talk about the thing that we talked about last week, because this allegedly was a two-part episode. But guess what? We said this was a two-part episode.

But guess what?

We said this was a two-part creature double feature.

It's now a three-part creature triple feature.

Yay.

Three for the price of two?

Wait, you're not paying for any of this.

Hooray.

Yeah, we realized this was going to be a super long episode if we tried to jam pack all of the wonderful knowledge

into it. So we're splitting it into again. Well, it's like if you buy a box of pizza bites,

let's say. Yeah. And you're like, yay, I'm getting pizza bites. Oh, yeah. And then you open the box

and there's one extra pizza bite. And you're like, yay, I'm getting it.
