So what's happened is you basically have, more than likely, probably you have patellofemoral arthritis and what

that means is so as the kneecap comes here it has a little little area of

where it sits where the kneecap sits and so when you are sitting in flex or

you're sitting down that kneecap and that in that trochlear region of the bone is like that.

You have a huge amount of some cells from your iliac crest.

So what I like to do is take a little bit from that.
