Well hello everyone. This episode is going to be a little bit different but also still kind of a normal episode. So this is going to be an update in the Tristan Bailey case because it just came to a close but I will be going through pretty much all of the details of the case. There's some of the nitty gritty that I won't go into that we went into when we first covered this case on episode 139.

But I wanted to have a place that the entire case was laid out plus the conclusion because when we recorded that episode we were nowhere near a conclusion. So I'm going to still go through a lot of it. So if you haven't ever heard the story before or don't know all the details I'm going to share all of that in this episode.

Awesome. But if you want a little bit more than the gritty in some even more details then you can listen to episode 139 as well. Okay. So this will be like our bonus episode but on the day that we typically would put out an episode so you'll get two more episodes. Yeah.

We'll get two more episodes this week as well. Just clarifying for the listeners. Just clarifying. But I wanted to put this out there because I know a lot of people have been following it.

Yeah. And I wanted to have been waiting a long time to make this conclusion. So now that it's all tied up in I guess a nice bow for as much as you can with these cases.

I want to share all the updates in the full story. So all right.

With that on the evening of May 8th 2021 13 year old Florida resident Tristan Bailey and her family went out to dinner and then visited one of her older sisters.

So Tristan has three older sisters and an older brother and and then her parents. Yeah.

And so they were all together that day and this was the day before Mother's Day. So I'm thinking you know maybe it was something like all getting together before Mother's Day something like that.

Yeah.

They got home around 11.45 pm and they all kind of headed off to bed to do their own thing.

According to phone records Tristan received a call from a phone number that was later identified as 14 year old Aiden Fucci who was a classmate of Tristan's at 1225 am.

Five minutes later it's believed that Tristan snuck out of the house because she was seen on surveillance video walking down the street in her neighborhood.

And none of her family members knew she was going to leave that night. So that's why it's presumed that she snuck out.

Yeah.

And to be that lay and to be so young. I mean, yeah, it's probably what she was doing.

Yeah.

Another classmate of Tristan's named Trey said that Tristan arrived at his house around 1230.
