Bro, you ever get anxiety?

I have started getting a lot of anxiety my older age.

It's like, it's somebody took hangovers and somehow managed to make them even worse.

Like literally the worst thing that a person can experience is the drowsiness, the feeling very heavy, very tired,

sometimes pain in the legs,

sometimes pain in the head.

People have different hangovers and quite an astute academic on this topic.

But as you're getting older or I don't know,

your drinking patterns are advancing.

This thing called anxiety enters the conversation,

which is just unexplained,

hardcore anxiety that you have for the whole day

while you're feeling hangover.

And usually, like, I'm not a big anxiety hater, per se,

might be controversial, because for my body

and my, specifically my brain, I'm not talking about other people. Whenever I feel anxiety,

it is 100% on point. It's my brain being like, you lazy motherfucker, go do something. And I do

something immediately disappears, right? I understand that a lot of other people's chemistry is very different,

so it might not play out that way.

But anxiety is completely irrational.

Anxiety is just, I'm sitting there like having a great time sometimes watching a show,

eating a nice meal, but the whole time I feel dread.
