I am your host, Dwan Ben Twyford, America's most sought after Rua State investor.

So I like to start off with James with Dwan. I am having so much water.

I gotta tell you, listen to my rasty voice. It is July and I'm in Colorado here in June.

And every pine tree in entire state is blooming. I mean everything I have, my thought I laid

down for a minute, it's got green stuff on it. There is so much green crap in my house.

It is so terrible. And I am overdoing the algae medication and this literally is my

my horse pollen voice. I said, Dwan why don't you have your windows closed?

While people that live at 9200 feet don't have air conditioning because it's always cool up here.

In fact, even today in July, you gotta close your windows at 7 o'clock in the night because it gets cold outside.

So because of that, if I don't want to die in the sweat box of my house,

I have to keep the windows open all day to keep the house cool.

So there is so much, I mean, oh my gosh, everything I have, you just touch it, it's like green, green, green.
