Hey love, welcome to another episode of The Purpose Show Podcast. This one is going to be kind of short but super powerful.

My intention for this episode is for you to have something to come back to anytime you feel a little bit lost in life like you've just lost your way.

You don't feel like you have focus. You don't really know what you want and you feel like you need clarity.

So let's dive in.

So what this exercise is is I call it the Ideal Day exercise. I actually heard about it in 2017.

I was a part of a business mastermind and they walked us through this exercise and it was really slow and really beautiful.

We had journals.

And so by all means, grab a journal, open the notes up in your phone if you must, but a journal would be better.

And kind of just jot down what you're feeling. You don't need to write every single thing out.

But just kind of jot down like what comes up for you, what you're feeling like some thoughts that you have and then you can process on your own later.

But I love this exercise and when I did this in my business mastermind, I thought, you know, moms need this more, which is what happens a lot for me like because I'm in the business world and then I am obviously a mom and teaching all of you guys.

And so it's I do that a lot. But the thing is is life and motherhood have things in them that are just not ideal. Right.

There's there's an element of chaos for sure and makes life crazy and it makes life fun and it makes life stressful sometimes.

So this exercise is not meant to diminish that or make you feel like since your days are not perfect and amazing and you know not hard at all that your life sucks.
