If you put your effort and concentration and to play into your potential to be the best that you can be,

I don't care what the scoreboard says at the end of the game, in my book, we're going to be winners.

The talent for so many players today, the talent and the spotlight, it's taking them to heights that their character's not strong enough to support.

I'm one of those set goals achievements.

I talked about faith, passion, obviously, the drive with the guys that I've been around,

and the guys that surround me every single day.

If I want to be one of the best, I've got to play with and against the best.

I got Sam Allen filling in for Adam Bradley.

And we've been going down this journey here of the season, Sam.

So we just got off winning in CCCA, which is National Christian College National Championship.

And we kind of just journeying through the season all the different pitfalls and things that

happen and we're gonna just kind of conclude it with the finale of the season you know

like going down into postseason play all the way to the championship and just talk about you

know some of those feelings some of those emotions some of the things that may help

coaches prepare and think through down the stretch. But I think one of the most significant things that coaches might be able to take away is just like preparing for the stretch run. I've always said that basketball is a tournament game, you know, and you've got to be ready for those moments. If there's one thing I really want to get better at as a coach, I really want to start better.

We've never been great starters, you know, for the most part.

But the one thing our teams have been pretty good at is finishing the drill.

I mean, we finished, I think, 11 out of our last 12.

We won after Christmas we were something like 16 and 4, 16 and 3, something like that.
