and I am excited to greet you for the beginning of this new season and new year. I'm especially grateful for our

guest on today, Sharon Jamieson, who is a life strategist,

DEI champion, minister, and author.

She's also a corporate leader and works a lot

with black women who have experienced

and or are experiencing soul draining grief due to the unfair policies and practices in corporate settings.

I am so glad that you are here. We have talked some about work stress and we have talked some about grief, but the intersection of the two, the impact that they have and the ways in which we can not only survive corporate settings, but thrive. I'm glad for you to coach us through that. And so welcome to homecoming.
