And the topic of today's episode is the gerontocracy, specifically the gerontocracy as it relates to judiciary and the crisis of aging that appears to be at least present at the moment, maybe ameliorated somewhat by recent efforts of the Republican Party, but nevertheless present, right?

And I think the gerontocracy more broadly is an issue for government overall,

but this being a law podcast, right?

We tend to focus on the legal side of the

I mean the immediate thing that everybody has been thinking about this

entire year ever since you know the primary got resolved in favor of

Biden is that there was like no way to elect anyone who wasn't going to be

like over 80 during their presidency I mean I probably would have preferred burning

which would have been the issue anyway.

But like, we now have, I mean, we had a contest up until, you know, just a couple weeks ago.
